Despite renewed interest in the original X-Men cast returning for future Avengers films, the 60-year-old actress, who played the powerful mutant telepath across five X-Men films between 2000 and 2014, told Entertainment Weekly Marvel has "never, never ever" contacted her about reprising the character in any new instalments.
