    An independent review's found the current plan for Dunedin Hospital, is 'probably not achievable' within its current budget of 1.88 billion dollars

    Health NZ is now being asked to give advice on two options for delivery, such as reducing the number of floors and delaying the fit-out.

    Head of Infrastructure Delivery Blake Lepper says this has been an incredibly challenging project.

    He says this is the problem with greenfields projects, when they were trying to do something a bit different and aspirational.
