    Meal-kit company HelloFresh has pleaded guilty to five charges of misleading customers

    14 July 2025
    The Commerce Commission says it reactivated customers who'd cancelled food deliveries - by cold calling them.

    It filed criminal charges against HelloFresh New Zealand in March.

    The company today admitted breaching the Fair Trading Act in the Auckland District Court - specifically a section outlawing misleading conduct in relation to services.

    It will be sentenced in October.
