    New vehicle sales are gradually turning a corner

    Latest Motor Industry Association data shows registrations last month were 12-percent higher than the same month last year.

    November marked the fifth consecutive month of annual growth.

    The association says it's seeing a stabilisation, rather than a rebound, with household budgets still under pressure, and business investment still patchy.

    The most popular options right now - the Toyota Rav 4, the Ford Ranger, the Toyota Hilux and the Mitsubishi Triton.
