    A new survey suggests New Zealand investors' love affair with property, is being shaken

    4 March 2026
    ASB's report shows investor confidence has lifted one point to 11 percent, for the last three months of 2025.

    The survey reveals KiwiSaver and managed funds were ranked as the best investment, rather than owning your own home or having a property investment .

    ASB senior economist Chris Tennent-Brown says the share market is currently trading at all time highs.

    He says the property market's gone sideways at the same time, with not much capital growth or increasing rental returns.
