    A push to keep New Zealand fashion alive

    The yearly Fashion Week's moving to a two-yearly schedule, the next one running late next year.

    It follows concerns from designers around the economic pressures they're facing - with consumer spending at an all-time low.

    Owner Feroz Ali says the fashion industry has been a large contributor to the economy.

    He says it's important to maintain a sustainable career paths for youngsters.
