A summer boom and market pressures could see record housing prices continue

A summer boom and market pressures could see record housing prices continue

    14 November 2019
Real Estate Institute data shows new highs last month, with the national median now 607-thousand-500-dollars - the first time the bar's passed 600-thousand.

Chief executive Bindi Norwell says it's due to a regional boom - with six regions breaking their own record median prices.

She says summer's a busy time for real estate - which could increase pressure in the regional market.
