Hawke's Bay, Taihape and Wairarapa
Isolated showers, more widespread during afternoons and evenings, some heavy with possible thunderstorms.
Horowhenua to Wellington
Scattered showers, clearing tomorrow afternoon.
Nelson to Westland also Marlborough and Canterbury
Scattered showers, some heavy with thunderstorms possible about the ranges during the afternoons and evenings, easing tomorrow evening.
Fiordland
Mostly fine. Isolated showers in the south and east clearing tomorrow morning.
Otago and Southland
Showers, easing this evening and clearing from inland Otago, then clearing elsewhere tomorrow afternoon with fine spells increasing.
Chatham Islands
A few showers.
