    *STORM WARNING IN FORCE*

    Tuesday:
    Northwest 25 knots but 15 knots south of Cape Terawhiti. Becoming northwest 30 knots everywhere in the evening. Sea becoming rough everywhere.

    Wednesday:
    Northwest 30 knots, rising to 40 knots in the morning, then rising to 50 knots in the evening. Sea becoming high. Northerly swell 1 metre developing.

    Thursday:
    Northwest 45 knots, easing to westerly 30 knots in the afternoon. High sea easing. Northerly swell becoming moderate for a time.

    Friday:
    Turning southerly 30 knots early. Easing to southeast 20 knots in the morning, turning northerly 20 knots later. Sea rough at times. Southerly swell becoming moderate.

    Saturday:
    Northwest 25 knots, rising to 35 knots early. Sea becoming very rough. Moderate southerly swell dying out.
