    *GALE WARNING IN FORCE*

    Wednesday:
    Northwest 20 knots, rising to 30 knots in the evening. Sea becoming rough. Long period westerly swell rising to 4 metres. Poor visibility in showers. Squally thunderstorms possible in the evening.

    Thursday:
    Northwest 30 knots, becoming southwest 35 knots in the morning. Easing to southwest 25 knots in the afternoon. Sea becoming very rough for a time. Long period westerly swell rising to 5 metres for a time. Poor visibility in showers. Squally thunderstorms possible before dawn.

    Friday:
    Southerly 20 knots, changing northwest 10 knots in the morning. Rising to northerly 20 knots in the afternoon. Heavy westerly swell easing.

    Saturday:
    Northerly 25 knots, rising to 35 knots early. Sea becoming very rough. Northwest swell becoming heavy.

    Sunday:
    Northerly 35 knots, becoming westerly 20 knots early. Becoming northerly 20 knots later. Very rough sea easing. Heavy northwest swell.
