The NZ Sharemarket dropped sharply yesterday with the NZX50 down -1.47% percent (-174.62 points) from previous close to end the day at 11,865. The most actively traded stock on the NZSE, with over 2.3 million shares changing hands was Spark (was Telecom), closing the day down 1c from it's opening to $4.04. The next biggest trader was Ryman Healthcare ($3.65) with over 1.4 million shares being traded. Falls outweighed rises by 156 to 64, with the biggest loser being PaySauce Ltd (up 0%), while the star of the day was Metro Performance Glass Limited (. |
